All orders are acknowledged in writing by Binaco. Any changes to an order must also be acknowledged in writing before proceeding with the order.

$45.00 (V) screen charge plus additional run charge. For pen: $0.35 (V). For all other products: see product info as charge may varies. An extra charge may apply for imprints larger than those specified in catalog.

ARTWORK 
Please send black and white, camera ready, color separated artwork. Artwork will be sized to fit maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified. If artwork required touch ups, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and change accordingly. Artwork will be billed at $40.00 (V) per hour. **See artwork upload section for details**

BATTERIES 
Unless otherwise specified, batteries are not included on most items. Please include batteries on your purchase order with appropriate pricing below:

BLANK GOODS 
Catalog pricing less $0.25 (V).

CATALOGS 
Catalogs are furnishes at no charge up to three (3) each. After 3 they are available at $0.60 each.

CHANGES 
All changes MUST be in writing. Faxes are acceptable. Screen Printing copy changes within a purchase order are considered separate orders and require new screen charges @ $45.00 (v) per color.

CO-OP PRICING 
All items are available for co-op pricing. Please call factory for your quotation.

COST OF PRINTING 
All prices include one color imprint & one location unless noted otherwise. For each additional imprint color or imprint position see extra imprinting charges. Art and screens are extra.

CUSTOMERS WARRANTY 
Customer warrants that they have the right to use the artwork, logos that are requested to be placed on Binaco products. Customer warrants that it shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Binaco and its employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to Attorney's fees and costs, in any cause of action including, but not limited to an infringement action as a result imprinting the artwork.

DISCLAIMER 
Binaco shall not be responsible for the inability to ship order due to natural disasters, quota restrictions, clearance delays in the United States Customs, or freight delays. Although every effort has been made to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. All artwork designs and trademarks imprinted on the products on this website are reproduced only as examples to illustrate the basic product and it's ability to include messages and art on them. Products displayed are not intended to represent that they are either endorsed or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. All artwork displayed is the property of the respective companies. Binaco cannot duplicate any artwork shown for anyone other than the original distributor. Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued and prices are subject to change. Binaco is not responsible for typographical errors regarding quantity and price or any other matter. Prices displayed do not include shipping and/or handling.

LASER ENGRAVING 
All pens include one location laser engraved run. Setup: $45.00 (V). Additional location for pen: $0.35 (V). For other products: call factory.

LESS THAN MINIMUM 
$50.00 (V) per color or location. Absolute minimum is 50% of the smallest catalog quantity of the item.

MATERIAL SUBSTITUTIONS 
Factory resumes the right to substitute materials or equal or greater quality to enable us to fill your order as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

OVER & UNDER RUNS 
Every effort is made to ship exact quantity. Factory reserves the right to ship over or under 5% quantity ordered and bill accordingly. For exact quantity orders add $30.00 (V) per order.

PACKAGING 
All items are individually gift boxed except for pens which are packaged in cellophane bags.

PAPER PROOF 
$15.00 (V) per color/location plus cost of item and screen/set up charges per color per position. All revisions are subject to be billed at $10.00 per revision.

PEN REFILLS 
All pens are shipped with black ink refills. If blue refills are required, please add the cost of the refill below plus $0.25 (V) to insert refill per pen. Blue refills are not available for rollerball pens. Rollerball refills: $0.80 (V) black only. Ballpoint refills: $0.45 (V) black or blue.

PERSONALIZATIONS 
Available for laser engraved pens only for $2.50 (V) per location plus set up charge.

PMS MATCH 
Please provide PMS color desired. Exact color match is not guaranteed, however we will match the PMS colors are closely as possible. PMS color match charge: $25.00 (V)

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF 
$35.00 (V) per color/location plus cost of item and screen/set up charges per color per position.

PRICING 
Prices include a one color, one position imprint only or one location laser engraving (if applicable).

PRODUCT WARRANTY 
Most products carry a one year limited warranty. Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Battery excluded. Returned imprinted items may be replaced with no imprint items. No refill returns are acceptable after 30 days from the date of the received merchandise.

PRODUCTION TIME 
Normal production time is 10-15 business days. Rush services available, please call factory for further information. Blank goods are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Production time is based on availability at time of order and after credit approval.

PURCHASE ORDERS 
PHONE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Orders must include item number, description, current pricing, additional charges, impring color, imprint position, and any other imprinting instructions. If promotional pricing or a special quote is being used, please specify on purchase order. Special pricing or promotions will not be automatically processed or adjusted once order is received by factory.

QUALITY 
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, variances in color, shade, texture, size and construction of finished goods cannot be guaranteed. Colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast. We reserve the right to change, correct, and improve goods without prior notice. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.

QUANTITY PRICING 
To qualify for quantity discount prices, the entire order must be printed with the same design and shipped at one time. Tops and bottoms will be treated as two separate orders even if imprints are the same on both.

RANDOM SAMPLES 
Random/Blank samples are billed at end column price plus freight. Sample will be shipped within 24 hours if merchandise is available.

RETURNED SAMPLES 
Samples are not returnable, unless item is defective.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION 
The customer must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival and within 7 days of their arrival give written notice to factory of any claim. If the customer fails to give notice within 7 days, the customer has accepted and is bound to pay for the goods. Authorization to return merchandise or cancel an order must be obtained in writing and no returns will be accepted on printed merchandise. No phone cancellations are accepted. Customer will be charged all costs incurred until the date of cancellation. Factory will accept returns on blank goods 7 days after receipt of shipment. All freight costs to customer and back to Binaco will be charged to customer. Merchandise must be in original cartons. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise.

RUSH SERVICES 
RUSH Services are available on most products in stock items only for those last minute decisions and emergencies. Please contact Binaline Customer Service as RUSH FEES may apply. All RUSH orders are subject to approval of artwork, inventory availability and credit approval. No paper proofs or pre-production samples are accommodated for on RUSH orders. Orders will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified on purchase order. Orders shipping expedited freight must be authorized in writing one day before scheduled ship date.

SAMPLES 
Samples are not returnable and are billed at end quantity price plus freight cost.

SCREEN/SETUP CHARGES 
New Orders: $45.00 (V) per color/position. Repeat orders $22.50 (V) per color/position.

SHIPPING 
Please specify shipping method. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Insurance and handling charges are added to each carton shipping via UPS or other common carriers. All shipping claims are between customer and carrier once goods are delivered whether carrier is selected by customer or factory.
Post Office Shipments: Add $25.00(V) handling charge per shipment. F.O.B. California.

TERMS 
Net 30 days for approved accounts. New Customer Terms: ORDERS MAY REQUIRE PREPAYMENT. A line of credit cannot be established nor can terms be extended without our credit application and resale certificate being completed, signed and returned prior to shipment of your first order.

Enter all mandatory information in the text boxes and click on the Send button at the bottom of the page. A User ID and password will be e-mailed to your Notes e-mail address shortly after process. A minimum art charge of $15.00 (V) applies.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES 
Pre-Production sample charges will include appropriate set-up and imprint charge. Sample will be billed $35(v) per color/location plus cost of item and screen/set up charges per color/location.
